A few guidelines to make ordering easy:
Meats:
Estimate about 1/2 pound of meat per person, (go a little lighter for a group with children and heavier for a group of people with larger appetites).
Sides:
Pint serves ~2 people, quart for ~4, and half pan for 10-12 people.
Desserts
All desserts are listed are individual servings, so order accordingly.
