At the core of everything we do is a love for true, craft barbecue. With years of experience and a deep dedication to the art of slow-smoking, we use two custom-built, 1,000-gallon offset smokers from Primitive Pits to deliver meats that are tender, flavorful, and smoked just right—no shortcuts, no compromises.

We believe great barbecue should be served with care and comfort, and that’s exactly what we offer. Guests order at the counter, where meats are cut fresh to order and served up with house-made sides like mac and cheese, beans, and cornbread that taste like they came straight from your family’s kitchen. Our downstairs dining room is perfect for casual lunches, dinners with friends, or a quick bite on the go.

But the experience doesn’t end there. Upstairs, we’re building something special—an inviting, intimate space designed for private events and gatherings.
